Ramen is delicious as well as meat. This is a ramen noodle that has a solid meat base and a good alpine buckwheat. When you ask, you are particular about soup, and you have to give up a day when you are not satisfied.

This restaurant seems to be the first restaurant to offer Hida beef sushi.I ordered a set of Hida beef and soba at lunch.There were three types of sushi with different prices and I ordered the middle one.I came out in a state where the buckwheat was not on because the buckwheat was not made yet.The atmosphere of the shop was also old-fashioned and good.Hida beef was also delicious.

I entered the store right after opening on Saturday, but there was plenty of room for splits and seats. I forgot the name, but I received something like Hida Beef Gyoen for about 2500 yen. Soba soup and full stomach. The local dish (komo tofu?) Served in a small bowl was also delicious!Many shop assistants were young, and it was a lively and attentive shop.The reviews will be ten people, but I wanted to go again next time. Hida Beef Sushi Sakaguchi is located in Takayama Old Street. It has good business and needs to wait in line.Some people think that the beef is partial, but I think it is just right, the meat is completely tasteless in the mouth, but it is a bit evocative. The sushi and rice match well, and the biscuits underneath make a delicious finishing touch. Good and delicious.

I wish I could try the one with egg. But the menu on take away window didn’t have it. Only 3 kinds of Hida Beef Sushi (lean ¥500; medium fatty beef ¥700; premium fattiest beef ¥900 for every 2 pcs sushi that comes with rice cracker plate). Ordered the B set—fatty toro beef. It was delicious! I would like to recommend it to anyone. I’m not a fan of Japanese food, but this one I LOVE IT! The beef was juicy and chewy, with a hint of wasabi and sweetness from the sauce (I don’t like sweet food, but this one goes well with the beef).

My first time to give Hida beef a try and I’m very satisfied with the meal here in Sakaguchiya.The staffs here are friendly and served the water and paper towel very fast. Upon noticing you’re from other countries they will speak English to you immediately.Ordered a pair of Hida beef sushi medium fat toro, a beef don and a steak don. I strongly recommend the beef sushi, the beef is so tender and doing really well with the sauce. For the steak don, you can choose how you would like for the steak and I recommend medium.The price is a little bit high yet I think the food here really worth it.

Best Hida Gyu Nigiri in Takayama! I also tried 飛驒ã“ã£ã¦ç‰› across the street with long queue but, believe me, Sakaguchiya is way better. The beef is so aromatic it fills your brain, also super tender. I’ll be back!

The original restaurant that created the Hida Beef Nigiri sushi. You can queue to buy them at the counter for take away 3 choices to choose from but I would recommend to go for just Type C - Hida Premium A5 Wagyu beef Nigiri sushi. You cannot be wrong with thatðŸ‘.
